2025 3⭐ QB Robert McDaniel (CA) committed to Cal following last weekend’s visit because he “really loved the support from the staff and the encouragement around the campus,” McDaniel said. “The energy all around the entire day was at a high level from the practice to even when they started in weights.” McDaniel picked up an offer in late January will stay inside the state over plenty of power conference interest. He added Cal’s academics played a role in the decision.
2026 Michael Johnson (GA) will be taking a visit to Cincinnati on March 19. He picked up an offer from the Bearcats last month and is closing in on double-digit FBS offers early in his recruitment.
2025 3⭐ QB Jaylen Johnson (CA) added Montana on April 12 to his spring visit list. The Grizzlies are in addition to Nevada (March 16), Washington State (April 13), UNLV (April 19), Sacramento State (June 2), Cal (June 16) and Stanford (June 19) with unscheduled July trips to Hawaii and Army.
2025 QB Jaden Cummings (SC) will visit Colorado State (March 23), Troy (March 28), Georgia Southern (March 30) and Coastal Carolina (April 2) with more trips in the works. His most recent offer came from Akron yesterday, joining Troy, Georgia Southern, Central Michigan, Old Dominion, Jacksonville State, Arkansas State and Charleston Southern.
2025 QB Jayce Nixon (FL) committed to Northern Iowa this week and credited “the trust that I have in Coach Falk and in Coach Tinsley to develop me and make me the best player that I can be.” Luke Falk was recently hired as the new OC/QBs coach, and Trey Tinsley coaches wide receivers. Nixon is coming off a visit to see the Panthers shortly after getting a Northern Iowa offer.
2025 3⭐ QB Tanner Wilson (CA) will visit Eastern Washington on April 26 and is working on a Cornell trip in June. Wilson landed a Cornell offer earlier this month, along with some FBS interest.
2026 QB Levi Davis (OH) is planning to visit USF and Cincinnati sometime soon. He landed offers from UMass and Miami (OH) this week.
2025 QB Jason Wright (VA) will attend Wake Forest’s summer camp on June 12. He landed his fourth offer from William & Mary last weekend, joining Old Dominion, Towson and Houston Christian.
2027 QB Drew Marks (DE) will attend camps at Delaware (June 5), South Carolina (June 7), Virginia (June 9) and Maryland (June 19).
