2025 4⭐ QB Luke Carney (TX) is in regular communication with Georgia Tech QB coach Chris Weinke. The Yellow Jackets were his first offer, and Weinke recently came to see Carney throw in Dallas. He’s been in contact with Syracuse, Cal, BYU, Arizona, Boston College, USF, James Madison and Marshall with a commitment expected by the end of April.

Former NC State and Jacksonville State QB Aaron McLaughlin (stats) is looking to join a roster this fall with 2-3 years of eligibility remaining. The former 3⭐ prospect from Georgia last played for the Gamecocks in 2022.

2026 QB Deagan Rose (CA) is heading out to Oregon for an April 6 spring practice with a potential Arizona State trip on March 30. He has a Cal baseball offer with football offers from Pitt, Utah, Houston, Virginia Tech, Colorado State, Arkansas and Iowa State.
