Keelon Russell
2025 4-star QB Keelon Russell (TX) told SMU his recruitment is still open, 247Sports’ Mike Roach reported. He committed to the Mustangs last September but still hears from Florida, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and UCLA with Texas getting into the mix for the first time last week. Russell will see Houston, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, UCLA and Texas this spring with potential for more as SMU tries to hang on.
TJ Lateef
Nebraska is the leader for 2025 4-star QB TJ Lateef (CA), according to 247Sports’ Tom Loy. He will visit the Cornhuskers next month with Ole Miss and Texas A&M in the mix for Lateef. His top seven included Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Georgia, Florida State, Arizona and Colorado, but Nebraska is clearly among his top programs two months later.
Julian Lewis
It would be a surprise if USC 2025 5-star QB commit Julian Lewis (GA) signs with the Trojans, according to 247Sports’ Tom Loy. He has been committed since August but continues to visit schools with Alabama and Georgia as the top candidates to get a flip for one of the top quarterbacks in the class.
