Navy landed a commitment from 2024 3-star QB Talon Fisher (OH), who announced the decision in a Twitter post. Fisher is coming off a visit to see the Midshipmen after picking up an offer during a camp two months ago. He appeared to have plenty of options with offers from Toledo and James Madison in June before locking down his commitment.

Former Louisville QB Khalib Johnson (Stats) will transfer to Blinn College, according to his Twitter bio. Johnson spent one season with the Cardinals before entering the transfer portal in April. Since leaving Louisville, Johnson quickly picked up FBS offers from Ole Miss and South Alabama before landing at Blinn College, a junior college in Texas.

Former Louisiana Tech, TCU, Georgia QB Matthew Downing (Stats) will transfer to Elon, according to his Twitter bio. Downing will join his fourth college football team since joining Georgia as an in-state 2018 prospect. He spent one season with Louisiana Tech and will play his final year of eligibility with Elon.
