We’re heading into a holiday weekend that will feature a couple blue-chip QB prospects set to announce their college decisions with some of the top programs in the sport among the finalists. Five quarterbacks committed within the last seven days with two more coming on Saturday. The QB dominoes are always fun to track, and we’re right in the middle of it with more commitments likely coming soon.

2024 4-star Air Noland commitment coming Saturday night

I thought there might be a chance this gets pushed back with how many top programs he saw in such a short time, but Air Noland (GA) is making a commitment on Saturday night. It will air live on the 247Sports YouTube channel at 8:45 p.m. ET, and finalists include Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson, Arkansas, Miami, Texas A&M and Oregon. There isn’t a clear frontrunner, so there should be plenty of interest in this decision from some of the top programs.
TCU gets 2024 3-star Hauss Hejny

With so many Hauss Hejny-to-TCU predictions rolling in this week, this news was just a matter of time. The Texas native had been back on the market for two weeks after decommitting from Duke where Hejny had been committed for two months. The Horned Frogs needed to get back to the drawing board following 4-star Marcos Davila’s flip to Purdue by getting a prospect with plenty of recent Power 5 interest.
2024 4-star Michael Hawkins will commit Saturday afternoon

The final two finalists for Michael Hawkins (TX) are Oklahoma and TCU, but the Horned Frogs’ addition of Hauss Hejny likely spoiled the surprise. The Sooners have been considered the favorites to land Hawkins for a while, and it’d be a surprise if they don’t have a QB committed to their 2024 class by the end of the weekend. You can stream the announcement live on Hawkins’ Instagram page, and it’ll get started at 2:45 p.m. (probably Central Time).

Arkansas gets crystal ball projection for 2024 4-star KJ Jackson

A couple more predictions have come in since the first as Arkansas appears likely to get a quarterback committed to its 2024 class soon. KJ Jackson (AL) made a recent visit to North Carolina and recently narrowed down his choices to the Razorbacks and Tar Heels. Looks like Arkansas is the frontrunner for a blue-chip QB prospect.
