Appalachian State received a commitment from 2024 2-star QB Matthew Wilson (SC), according to his Twitter post on Monday night. The Mountaineers landed their first quarterback commit of the class after signing 3-star Mason McHugh (Stats) to the 2023 recruiting class. Wilson announced FBS offers from Georgia State over the last few months Western Michigan, and he attended the Liberty spring game.
2024 3-star QB Noah Lugo (TX) announced his commitment to UTSA on Sunday through his Twitter post. Lugo picked up an offer from the Roadrunners, and this announcement is coming off his his visit to campus over the weekend. Lugo made trips to see Oklahoma State and Tulane with more than a dozen FBS offers at the time of his commitment.
Memphis added a commitment from 2024 3-star QB Arrington Maiden (TX), who revealed the decision on Sunday night on Twitter. Maiden was coming off a visit to see the Tigers, and he announced recruiting visits to Utah State and North Texas earlier this month. Maiden had 20 Division 1 scholarship offers at the time of his commitment.

RECRUITING REPORT
Rice picked up a commitment from 2024 3-star QB Drew Devillier (TX), who revealed the news on Twitter Monday. Devillier committed to TCU in 2021 to play baseball but decommitted last week following a visit to Rice. His social media graphic showed photos of him in a football and baseball uniform, so he’s likely going to be playing both sports for the Owls. Devillier picked up an offer from Rice last month.
