RECRUITING REPORT
LSU continues to receive predictions to land 2025 5-star QB Bryce Underwood (MI) with one On3 recruiting prediction machine picks and two 247Sports crystal ball picks this week. This has been said to be an LSU vs. Michigan battle for a while, but the Tigers appear to be pulling away from the in-state Wolverines. Underwood is the top-rated quarterback prospect in this class and set a commitment date of Jan. 6.
Things are lining up well for Tennessee and in-state 2025 4-star QB George MacIntyre (TN), according to 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong. Some of the top programs in college football continue going after him as one of the most sought-after quarterbacks in the class. This has swung in a few different directions, but it appears the Volunteers’ biggest challenger remains Alabama at this point.
USC 2026 5-star QB commit Julian Lewis (GA) made the trip to see Ohio State beat up on Minnesota last weekend, according to 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong. Prior to that, Lewis made a trip to see in-state Georgia. Lewis has been committed to the Trojans since August but continues to check out campuses of some of the top college football programs in the country with a long way to go before he can sign.
