Top Headlines
🔥 Florida - Graham Mertz is not listed on the depth chart for Saturday vs. Samford. HC Billy Napier said Mertz left the 41-17 loss to Miami with a concussion, and he expects true freshman DJ Lagway to make his first start with Clay Millen and Aidan Warner listed as co-backups.
🔥 Michigan - HC Sherrone Moore did not provide a clear answer on Jack Tuttle’s status and what his role will be when healthy after being ruled out for Saturday’s 30-10 win vs. Fresno State. Davis Warren started and played the majority of snaps with Alex Orji rotating in. All three competed for the starting spot during camp and while Moore declined to share what the quarterback plan will be for Saturday vs. Texas, expect this rotation to continue.
🔥 Utah State - Interim HC Nate Dreiling said Spencer Petras is day to day looking ahead to Saturday at USC. Petras exited Saturday’s 36-14 win vs. Robert Morris, and Dreiling said he probably could’ve returned after suffering a “little ankle sprain.” Petras played his first game since November 2022 and was replaced by Bryson Barnes, who’d be the guy if Petras is unavailable. Petras is listed as the stater, followed by Barnes on this week’s depth chart.
